Project Description
Taking "Quality Xi'an" as the construction criterion, and taking "international metropolis city center standards to improve the level of urban construction in the economic development zone" as the goal, beautify the night scene of the economic development zone, improve the city's cultural taste and lifestyle, and build an international metropolis in Xi'an New image of the night view of the city center.
After on-site investigation, we found that the architectural landscape in the central area of the Xi'an Economic Development Zone did not form a city skyline, and formed a separate and unconnected spatial effect. Night lighting lacked overall characteristics
Technical Difficulties
1. The Hongba section has a great interference to the signal of the lamps. The Three Gorges Power Plant is directly below. There are countless 500KV high-voltage lines 20 meters below the lamps, which seriously affects the signal transmission between the lamps (see picture 1);
2. The working environment is bad, the water is turbulent, the lamps are in a humid environment for a long time, and often need to face the test of turbulent water impact, so the structure and stability of the product are very strict, and any small errors are major accidents (see picture 2 ).
Lighting technical indicators
The Three Gorges Project on the Yangtze River is a large-scale water conservancy project with comprehensive objectives such as flood control, power generation, and shipping. The project consists of dams, power plants and navigation buildings. The barrage dam is a concrete gravity dam with a total axis length of 2309.47m, a dam crest height of 185.0m, a normal reservoir water level of 175m, a flood control limit water level of 145m in flood season, and a minimum water level of 155m in dry water. The barrage dam is composed of three parts: the spillway dam section, the factory building dam section and the non-overflow dam section. The Three Gorges Hydropower Station is of the back dam type. It is divided into left and right bank power stations and right bank underground power stations. A total of 32 hydropower generating units with a single unit rated power of 700MW are installed.
The main project of the Three Gorges Water Conservancy Project is composed of water blocking and flood discharge, hydroelectric power generation and navigation. At present, the Three Gorges Dam, the power plants of the left and right banks, the fifth-level ship lock and the vertical ship lift are all equipped with work lighting. In the above, the surrounding regional environmental conditions should be fully considered, and the material texture, modeling characteristics and hydropower industry characteristics of the main project buildings should be used to highlight the grandeur of the main project atmosphere and enhance the visual and emotional Experience, form the night landscape lighting with industrial beauty, further improve the image of the Three Gorges Group's large clean energy company, and enrich the tourism and leisure content of the Three Gorges hub area.
Energy-saving measures and effects
1. All adopt LED energy-saving lighting products;
2. Design and use the intelligent control system of ambient light control lighting for unified management, which can reasonably control the opening time according to the natural light of the environment to achieve energy saving;
3. Set a variety of scene modes to open according to different needs to avoid unnecessary lighting waste.
Lighting 3. Design innovation
1. Acousto-optic synchronous intelligent control system, the special effects of the Song of the Yangtze River and the light of water energy are realized;
2. Unique LED mixed color correction dimming technology, the light color presented by the lamp is more real;
3. Outdoor lamp manufacturing technology in high humidity environment in hot summer and cold winter area-integrated heat dissipation structure and built-in chip, which increases the heat dissipation area by 82.3% compared with the general structure design, ensuring LED luminous efficiency and service life;
4. The special cavity structure design of the lamps and lanterns divides the LED light source and the driving appliance into two chambers to avoid mutual influence, which can effectively reduce the ambient temperature of the driving appliance and thereby extend the service life;
5. The air-permeable screw plug that balances the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the lamp to avoid the inhalation of water vapor due to the thermal expansion and contraction of the ambient temperature difference, thereby causing the phenomenon of condensation beads;
6. Full voltage design, 100-240VAC±10%, large voltage fluctuations can ensure the brightness and life of the lamp;
7. Customize unique light distribution lamps for the floodgate area of the Three Gorges Dam
Project actual operation evaluation
1. Add special protective components for inducing lightning strikes and static electricity (ESD) in the design lamps. The surge current can reach up to 800A (8/20μs). In bad weather conditions, to avoid unsafe factors caused by the lamps to pedestrians.
2. Leakage protection modules are designed and configured in the distribution box, and the selection of high sensitivity effectively protects the safety of the building itself.
3. Designed to use LED driver with active PFC function, with overcurrent protection, constant current limit, automatic recovery after abnormal load removal; short circuit protection, hiccup mode, automatic recovery after abnormal condition removal; overvoltage protection , Turn off the output voltage and resume after restart; over temperature protection, 90℃±10℃, turn off the output voltage and resume after restart.
