  1. According to the requirements of the bidding materials, lead the preparation and review of the bidding documents; ensure the completeness, accuracy and reasonableness of the budget bills and cost analysis data before the bidding.
  2. In the bidding stage of the project, make a timely and accurate budget and provide a basis for quotation.
  3. Grasp the accurate market price and budget price, and adjust the advance and settlement in time.
  4. Provide timely prices for the work content of each labor layer as a basis for decision-making.
  5. Participate in the preparation of bidding documents, bidding documents and contract reviews, collect the cost information of various engineering projects, and provide basis for bidding.
  6. Necessary on-site survey work for the project to be bid for;
  7. In the bidding process, deal with the bidding materials and the problems in the internal cooperation profession in a timely manner, ensure that the bid documents are delivered on time, and ensure that the quotation is accurate, reasonable and competitive.
  8. Responsible for the on-site bid classification and negotiation work of the bid-returning project, and explain and clarify the questionable part of the bid document to the owner (Party A);
  9. Preparation of contract terms and contract negotiation;
  10. Properly manage and keep bid documents, drawings, quotations, electronic documents, bid materials, etc., and do a good job in handing over the winning projects;
  11. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

• Requirements

  1. College degree or above, age 30-40 years old;
  2. At least 3 years working experience in lighting or electrical engineering company, familiar with bidding process and bidding process;
  3. Has strong analytical ability, logical thinking ability and management coordination ability;
  4. Strong interpersonal communication and coordination ability and innovation ability;
  5. Strong negotiation skills, insight and writing skills.
