• Job Responsible

  1、 Estimating supply cost, assure products quality, control supply cost and after sale service.
  2、 Comparing products from different supplies, build, update, expend supply database.
  3、 Liaising the communication between suppliers and any third party, responsible of supply contract.
  4、 Be responsible of drafting, executing and managing products ETA
  5、 Be responsible of submitting payment request and purchase receipt
  6、 Assist other departments for products access, assist supply chain manager improve, upgrade supply chain on yearly basis to assure the working efficiency of the supply team.
  7、 Complete any other tasks assigned to you by department manager.

• Requirements

  1、Bachelor and above, trained with supply chain skills
  2、More than 5 years related working experience, be able to find out products required from the drawing. Familiar with construction management and technical; experience of luminaire fixtures supply is in preferred.
  3、Familiar with the procurement process, good communication skills, negotiation skills and cost awareness;
  4、Have strong negotiation ability, management ability and analysis ability, and complete the purchase goal with quality and quantity;
  5、 Careful and careful work, strong sense of responsibility, quick thinking, strong teamwork spirit;
  6、 Have good professional ethics and literacy, and be able to work under pressure.
