• Job Responsible

  1. Have more than 5 years of engineering management experience in lighting or electromechanical installation or municipal administration, and have a corresponding understanding of lighting technology, electrical technology, automation technology, LED lighting technology;
  2. Ability to apply basic tool software proficiently, including: CAD, PPT, Excel, Word, Guanglianda (or Shenji Miaosuan, Hongye, PKPM), Project (or other engineering management software), data software, etc.;
  3. Familiar with the basic process of lighting (or electromechanical, municipal, etc.) engineering plan design and in-depth design, able to use CAD for simple construction drawings and electrical drawings reading;
  4. Familiar with project bidding, able to prepare technical documents for bidding;
  5. Familiar with engineering cost, engineering data, etc., able to independently prepare engineering data, budget, settlement and other documents;
  6. Familiar with labor management, engineering materials, engineering machinery, and general construction techniques of various specialties;
  7. Possess rich experience in project management, able to independently complete various tasks in project management, coordinate the cooperation of professional colleagues of the company, coordinate the cooperation of external units, etc.;
  8. Possess rich experience in engineering technology, proficiency in engineering technical specifications, and be able to inspect, guide and accept various technical and safety aspects of electromechanical installation work;
  9. Skilled in technical communication and business communication;
  10. Have teamwork ability and corresponding leadership ability;
  11. Have the quality of hard work and hard work, able to adapt to greater work intensity;
  12. Ability to adapt to frequent overtime and business trips according to the project situation;
  13. Experience in lighting engineering or electromechanical installation engineering management is preferred.

• Requirements

  1. Age 25-45 years old; 2. Bachelor degree or above in science and engineering, majors in university: lighting and light source, electrical, automation, radio and television and communications, municipal administration, engineering management, engineering cost and related science and engineering majors.
  3. Possess the national first-level or second-level constructor qualification certificate (mechanical and electrical installation, municipal administration, telecommunications and broadcasting, etc.)
  4. Possess middle and senior professional titles;
  5. Those with rich experience in lighting engineering or electromechanical installation engineering management can relax appropriately.
